After the release of Lil' Beaver, there was still so much missing to the aspect of animals to Minecraft. And with the release of Minecraft's first 1.17 snapshot, I thought this would be a perfect time to expand Minecraft as much as I can.
Plans
My plans with Project Platypus are similar to Lil' Beaver but, I plan to make Project Platypus better in every way to Lil' Beaver. Project Platypus will have more items, blocks, armor, weapons, and more. Project Platypus will also improve and fix the mistakes that Lil' Beaver had. Project Platypus aims to release to these Minecraft versions: 1.16.1, 1.16.3, 1.16.4, and 1.17 when forge releases the MDK.
More Info
Project Platypus does not have a definite release date however, I aim to release Project Platypus in the Christmas Holidays. Lil' Beaver will receive updates and patches even after Project Platypus releases, and might get ported to fabric in the future.
